Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and factory-sealed kits to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Please note that once the security seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is in its original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the sealed box to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the seal; if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
